Quality Management System

Parasyn’s Quality Management System is specifically tailored for the implementation and support of Information and Control Systems.

The Quality Management System sustains a philosophy of Management that protects the business performance, enhances innovation and provides continual improvement through review procedures and verification processes. This system of management leads all areas of the business to perform to a high standard.

The Quality Assurance program formalises the overall management concept through policies and plans that support "getting it right the first time."

The Quality Control system provides an adjustable measurement of the assurance program. Key Performance Indicators are used to measure the effectiveness of the entire management system. Feedback at all levels of the supply chain enhances our ability to improve quality and its measurement.

QMS Objectives

  • Verification of documentation systems and design
  • Use the QMS plans, policies & procedures to minimise risk and ensure conformity to established best practice, allowing staff to be free to focus on our key strengths.
  • Use concurrent engineering techniques and minimise “design to implement” iterations to one.
