The Parasyn Management Team is driven by values embodied in the Quality Management System. All employees share in the progression and performance enhancement process sustained by a quality focus.

The business system and management philosophy is innovative and progressive to meet the needs of a rapidly changing international market place. Parasyn implements its strategic planning focus by conducting formal bi-annual strategic planning, monthly business performance reviews, annual employee performance bonus profit sharing, and several weekly micro-level cross checks and measures to ensure financial and management integrity.
